Location: Greater Boston, MA . 4 days a week onsite.
Salary: $145,000–$160,000 + Bonus + flexible PTO + Comprehensive Benefits

Our parnter is a a innovative engineering company developing intelligent warehouse robotics and automation systems.

This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology where your designs will directly influence the performance, reliability, and scalability of complex robotic systems.

Responsibilities
Design multi-layer PCBs for embedded and robotic applications.
Develop schematics, PCB layouts, prototypes and production-ready designs.
Design mixed-signal, power management and high-speed digital circuitry.
Support board bring-up, validation, debugging and performance optimisation.
Carry out electrical testing, signal integrity analysis and environmental validation.
Work closely with embedded software, mechanical and systems engineering teams.
Manage BOMs, component selection and manufacturing documentation..
Investigate and resolve hardware issues from prototype through to production.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
4+ years of commercial electronics design experience.
Strong experience designing complex multi-layer PCBs.
Proficiency using Altium Designer, similar PCB design tools.
Experience with mixed-signal, analogue, digital
Strong debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analysers and laboratory equipment.
Experience supporting manufacturing and working with external PCB assembly partners.

Desirable Experience
Robotics or autonomous systems.
Motor control electronics.
Experience within a fast-paced R&D or technology startup.
Knowledge of embedded communication protocols
Warehouse robotics and automation systems.
