Analog and digital design to include designing with basic analog building blocks including differential amplifiers, op amps, LDOs, filters, and data converters.
Power conversion concepts (AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC, Linear and Switching Supplies)
Circuit analyses and schematic capture and/or board layout utilities (Altium, PADS, etc.). Requirements development
Generate test plans using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators, meters, etc.)
Lead failure investigations using structured tools (8D, Fishbone, Cause & Effect, etc.).
Generate material for and lead design reviews for all phases of the product development cycle.
Act as primary technical interface to customers.
Provide inputs (material and labor estimates) for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Generate Engineering Orders (EOs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
Mentor electrical engineering staff
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (US Citizen)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in electrical engineering or related field
