We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design, analysis, testing, and development of advanced electronic systems for aerospace applications. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will contribute to hardware development efforts ranging from concept design and simulation through laboratory testing and product validation. This role is ideal for engineers looking to accelerate their technical growth while making meaningful contributions to real-world aerospace programs.
What You'll Do
Support the design and development of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic systems
Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and component selection activities
Assist with schematic development and hardware integration efforts
Conduct laboratory testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities
Support prototype builds and product validation efforts
Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
Create and maintain engineering documentation and test reports
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout product development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
2-5 years of professional engineering experience, including internships and co-op experience where applicable
Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
Exposure to circuit analysis, simulation, or electronic hardware development
Familiarity with laboratory test equipment and hardware testing activities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new technical challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability electronic systems
Experience with SPICE or similar circuit simulation tools
Experience with power electronics, embedded systems, or digital control systems
Experience with FPGA or microcontroller-based hardware
Experience supporting hardware development through test and validation activities
Hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic hardware
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 dependent on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capability.
Performance Bonus: Eligible employees participate in an annual bonus program based on individual contribution and company performance.
