Raven Defense is searching for an experienced Electrical Engineer to serve as the technical focal point for our electrical design, modeling, assembly, and troubleshooting operations in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge the gap between complex customer requirements and mission-ready hardware, working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where your designs move rapidly from the screen to the field

Key Responsibilitie
s:System Design & Analysis: Lead electrical loads analysis, complex harness design, and selection and integration of COTS equipme
ntHardware Development: Drive the design and prototyping of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for telemetry, RF, or mixed-signal application
s.Hands-on Integration: Perform system wiring, troubleshooting, and field-level repairs of mission-critical equipmen
t.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the electrical lead within a small, agile team to develop novel solutions for Satellite Communications, Telemetry, and Electronic Warfar
e.Minimum Qualification
s:Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related fie
ld3+ years of experience developing electrical schematics, harness drawings, and performing hands-on system integrati
onProven ability to maintain technical excellence in a high-tempo environment with shifting priorities and mission-critical deadlin
esProficiency in DoD guidelines and standards, security procedures, testing protocols, and administrative standar
dsPreferred Qualification
s:5+ years’ experience in defense/aerospace electrical integrati
onWorking knowledge of at least one discipline of; circuit card design, RF, mixed signal design, or defense industry electrical engineering standar
dsExperience in airborne or maritime electrical system integration activiti
