PROMAN Staffing is excited to support our global client in their search for an Electrical Engineer II. This is a direct hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer of advanced battery and power solutions.

🔧 What You'll Do
✅ Design and develop battery packs, chargers, and safety systems
✅ Create schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs
✅ Perform circuit analysis and hardware design reviews
✅ Build and test prototypes
✅ Support production products and manufacturing teams
✅ Collaborate with global engineering teams and travel as needed

🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
✔️ 3+ years of electronics manufacturing experience
✔️ Experience with Altium, OrCAD, or Cadence
✔️ Strong PCB layout and schematic design skills
✔️ Knowledge of analog/digital circuits and DC power electronics
✔️ Battery systems experience required
✔️ Familiarity with I2C, SPI, CAN, USB, Ethernet, or similar interfaces
