Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electronic hardware design with a strong background in PCB development, FPGA/CPLD programming, and product development processes. This role involves owning the complete hardware development lifecycle—from schematic capture and PCB layout to bring-up, debugging, validation, and production release—while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
Required Skills:
• BSEE or MSEE in Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of electronic hardware design experience
• End-to-end PCB design experience (schematic capture, layout, bring-up, debug, component library creation)
• Strong proficiency with Altium Designer
• FPGA/CPLD design experience using Verilog
• Experience developing production-ready electronic hardware/PCBAs
• Strong troubleshooting and debug skills using electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
• Experience working within a structured product development environment including design reviews, functional testing, and product lifecycle processes
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams
