Electrical Engineer

Job Description
Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of direct electrical engineering experience in PCBA design, analog/digital circuitry, embedded electrical systems, prototyping, manufacturing, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Design, develop, prototype, manufacture, and troubleshoot PCBAs.
Design and develop analog and digital circuits.
Use Cadence and/or Altium for circuit design, simulation, analysis, and PCB layout.
Perform electrical system debugging and testing using oscilloscopes and other test equipment.
Apply strong knowledge of board-level PCB design and signal integrity.
Support embedded electrical design and system integration.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional engineering groups.
Provide technical leadership, resolve conflicts, and drive engineering solutions.
Preferred Skills
Rigid-flex and flex PCBA experience.
Motor integration and DC motor control, including brushed, brushless, and servo motors.
Communication protocols: Bluetooth, SPI, I2C, USB, UART/USART.
EMC/EMI, ESD, and electrical transient design.
IEC 60601-1 / IEC 60601-2-2 experience.
Design for test, manufacturing, and assembly.
Programming experience with C, C++, Python, or LabVIEW.
Design control experience.
Experience with engineering modeling, simulation, hand calculations, and empirical/bench testing.
