Join a dynamic company in the motor vehicle parts manufacturing industry focused on advanced automotive electronics and embedded systems for OEM customers. This role offers a hands-on engineering opportunity to lead electrical design efforts, collaborate with global development teams, and serve as the technical interface with automotive manufacturers. The position is on-site in Peachtree City, Georgia, and is well suited to candidates who enjoy bridging development and production for safety-critical automotive products.

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary electrical engineering contact for automotive OEM customers, representing technical direction and status.
Lead and participate in technical meetings with customers and cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and systems engineering.
Drive electronic design, development, prototyping, and validation of embedded systems and related hardware.
Ensure designs meet automotive requirements, including testing, validation processes, and applicable industry standards.
Collaborate effectively with global and offshore engineering teams to coordinate design reviews, handoffs, and issue resolution.
Support transition of products from development into production and provide post-launch maintenance and improvement activities.

Must-Have Skills:
3+ years of experience in automotive electronics engineering.
Proven experience acting as a technical contact/interface with automotive manufacturers (OEMs).
Strong background in embedded systems electronic design, including hardware architecture and schematic-level design.
Solid understanding of automotive design requirements and testing/validation processes for vehicle electronics.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, software, systems).
Strong communication and teamwork skills and authorization to work in the United States.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Conversational Japanese language skills (preferred, not required).
