Key Responsibilities:
Provide all design engineering drawings and documents as related to customer orders, support manufacturing efforts and provide customer support on all products of the Critical Power Solutions Division
Oversee the preparation of all technical documents (ex. drawings, purchasing specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Instruction Book (IBs), etc.) required to support order placements, manufacturing/assembly operations, customer needs and prepare design direction and clarification as required to other Engineering personnel
Intermediate knowledge of power electronics and power and energy systems including converters and inverters
Experience with performing measurement, testing, and troubleshooting of high-power equipment in laboratory or field environments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 3 years’ of experience in a design engineering capacity, or equivalent education and experience.
Intermediate knowledge of power electronics and power and energy systems including converters and invertors.
Experience with performing measurement, testing, and troubleshooting of high-power equipment in laboratory or field environments.
Experience with reading, understanding and creating technical drawings and material.
Advanced computer skills, with emphasis on MS Office products, CAD and engineering analysis software.
