General Information
We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Design Engineer to join our R&D team, responsible for driving end‑to‑end development of electronic systems from concept to production. The role requires strong expertise in requirement analysis, high voltage electronic design, and product engineering, with a focus on delivering robust and innovative solutions for automotive and industrial applications, working experience with Power Electronics products - HV inverter, On board Charger, DCDC converter etc., is
Your Key responsibilities
Design & Development
Power electronics circuit design for Inverter and it's sub-system - Power Module, Gate Drivers, DC-Link, Sensors and EMC filters.
Testing and analysis of Gate board and Control board
Analyse and implement Customer Requirements in Design
Collaborate with other design teams to optimize Inverter topology and layout.
Manage and collaborate with stakeholders on a project level -Customer, System colleagues
Simulation & Analysis
Perform electrical simulation
Testing & Validation
Develop test plans for device level and board level testing
Preparation of Design verification plan
Work closely with semiconductor suppliers and packaging partners.
Drive cost, manufacturability, and scalability improvements in Inverter
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s and Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in High Voltage Power Electronics design
Design and development of Power electronics products mainly automotive traction inverters.
Hands-on experience with simulation tools (ANSYS, LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink) preferred
Understanding of Reliability, Electrical & EMI/EMC testing methods for product validation
Familiar with semiconductor physics, packaging technologies (DBC, AMB, sintering, wire-bonding, press-pack, etc.) and thermal management is a plus
Experience in HV Inverter test bench
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills to work with global counterparts.
