DVT Engineer

Job Title: DVT Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA
Onsite/ Remote: Hybrid (initially onsite. Basis his performance he can work with customer to reduce no of days in office).


Requirement
:• Lead end-to-end board design and development for complex, multi-layer high-speed systems (PCIe Gen4/Gen5, DDR4/DDR5, high-speed SerDes)
.• Define and drive system architecture, schematic design, and component selection
.• Oversee PCB layout execution, stack-up definition, and SI/PI compliance
.• Perform and support hardware bring-up, debugging, and DVT validation
.• Collaborate with firmware, software, and system teams for platform integration and issue resolution
.• Drive design reviews, risk assessments, and technical decision-making
.• Work with vendors/CMs on manufacturing readiness, cost optimization, and yield improvement
.• Document and standardize design methodologies, debug learnings, and best practice
