What You'll Do:
π οΈ Develop and implement advanced DFT and MBIST architectures
π Collaborate with design, verification, and product engineering teams
π Analyze test coverage and propose improvements
π Create technical documentation and test plans
βοΈ Support silicon bring-up, debug, and failure analysis
π Drive continuous improvement of test methodologies
What We're Looking For:
β Minimum 2 years' experience in DFT/MBIST or related field
β Solid understanding of digital design fundamentals
β Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys, Mentor)
β Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
β Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
β Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
