💼 Role: DFT MBIST Staff Engineer
What You'll Do:
🛠️ Develop and implement advanced DFT and MBIST architectures
🔎 Collaborate with design, verification, and product engineering teams
📈 Analyze test coverage and propose improvements
📝 Create technical documentation and test plans
⚙️ Support silicon bring-up, debug, and failure analysis
🚀 Drive continuous improvement of test methodologies
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in DFT/MBIST or related field
✅ Solid understanding of digital design fundamentals
✅ Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys, Mentor)
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
