Join Qualcomm’s Data Center team to help shape the next wave of high-performance silicon for AI and cloud infrastructure. You will work on differentiated, customer-focused silicon programs built for specialized workloads and demanding data center requirements, going beyond generic ASIC development. In this DFT-centered role, you will collaborate across silicon and system teams to drive test architecture, implementation, verification, pattern generation, and debug across the silicon lifecycle. As a DFT engineer at Qualcomm, you will be working across the end-to-end silicon design cycle, from DFT architecture planning to delivering qualified silicon solutions to our customers. You will be using some of the best industry-standard tools and Qualcomm workflows to implement full chip level advanced Scan and MBIST insertion, verification, and pattern generation. Your role will involve collaborating closely with customers, working hand-in-hand with RTL and PD teams, and supporting Test and Product Engineering teams.
