Are you passionate about Design for Test (DFT) and looking to work on cutting-edge semiconductor designs? We're looking for experienced DFT/DFX Engineers to join our team in Santa Clara, California.

📍 Location: Santa Clara, California, USA
💼 Experience: 4 to 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities & Skills
✔ Hands-on experience with the Siemens DFT tool suite
✔ DFT insertion for SCAN (including SSN) and MBIST
✔ MBIST Repair implementation and verification
✔ Generation of Test Timing and Place & Route collaterals
✔ Strong understanding of IEEE 1687 (IJTAG), including ICL and PDL specifications
✔ Experience verifying DFT features, including:
Boundary Scan
JTAG
SCAN
MBIST
High-Speed I/O
