Location: Santa Clara, California, USA
Strong DFx and overall DFT expertise
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with the Siemens DFT tool suite
DFT insertion for SCAN (including SSN) and MBIST
MBIST Repair Implementation and Verification
Generation of Test Timing and Place & Route collaterals
Strong understanding of the IEEE 1687 (IJTAG) standard, including ICL and PDL specifications
Experience in verifying DFT features, including
Boundary Scan
JTAG
SCAN
MBIST
High-Speed I/O
