Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E
Required Skills:
Good knowledge in DFT architecture and clocking architecture Hands-on Scan implementations
SCAN implementation, Compression Techniques, Scan DRC fixes
Familiar with Synopsys Tools and Tessent, Clocking architecture
MBIST implementations Memory grouping
Implementation of MBIST controller and Repair Techniques
JTAG Implementations, ICL Extraction, PDL, ATPG DRC for all modes
Retarget from SoC level for SCAN, MBIST and SoC level simulations
