Responsibilities
Conduct hands-on testing of devices using standard and custom test setups.
Analyze test data to identify trends, failures, and areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the engineering team.
Assist in the development and implementation of reliability test procedures.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy in data collection.
Maintain testing lab and equipment in good working conditions.
Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate test findings into design improvements.
Support root cause analysis for device failures and suggest corrective actions.
Support ReRAM device characterization, testing report and reliability report.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficient in programming with Python, C, and C# for test automation and data analysis.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and reliability principles.
Basic understanding of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation
Experience of testing equipment (ex. Oscilloscope, signal generator, multi-meter)
Proficiency with data analysis tools
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and team work skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
