As a Process Integration Engineer, you will work with an industry-leading team to enable advanced DRAM technologies in a manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, yield optimization, and cross-functional problem solving. You will have the opportunity to drive process improvements, influence product performance, and help accelerate technology scaling through engineering excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

Enable next generation DRAM technologies in manufacturing and support yield ramp activities
Analyze electrical and inline process data to identify yield detractors, process excursions, and improvement opportunities
Optimize process integration flows and device structures to enhance yield, performance, and manufacturability
Monitor manufacturing performance and ensure process specifications and structural integrity meet production requirements
Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with CMOS technology and semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals
Knowledge of semiconductor process modules such as CMP, thin films, etch, and photolithography
Understanding of memory technologies including DRAM, NAND, and NOR
Experience with statistical data analysis and problem-solving methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Semiconductor industry experience in process integration, process development, or yield engineering
Knowledge of advanced DRAM technologies and manufacturing processes
Experience with advanced CMOS process integration and technology optimization
Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field
