Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the banking industry
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Mentor and guide junior developers in the team
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Experience with web development and database management
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
