Focus Areas: Graphic Design, Branding, Print, Video/Motion & UI/UX
We are looking for a Mid-weight Multidisciplinary Designer who can work confidently across print, digital, branding, video/motion and UI/UX projects.
The designer will work closely with the Creative Director and take ownership of projects from research and visual exploration through design development, production and final delivery. This role requires someone who is not limited to execution, but can understand a brief, contribute ideas, solve visual problems and independently develop work within an established creative direction.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving between different types of projects — from developing brand identities and packaging to creating campaign visuals, editing short-form videos, producing motion graphics and designing responsive digital experiences in Figma.
Key Responsibilities
Understand project briefs, objectives and creative direction.
Conduct visual, competitor and design research when required.
Develop concepts, moodboards and visual explorations.
Create high-quality designs for print and digital platforms.
Ability to understand and design brand identities, logos, typography systems, colour palettes and supporting brand assets.
Create packaging, brochures, posters, marketing collateral and other print materials.
Prepare accurate print-ready artwork, including dielines, bleed, colour modes and production specifications.
Design social media creatives, campaign assets, presentations and digital advertisements.
Edit short-form videos and create motion graphics for brand and marketing requirements.
Design responsive websites, landing pages and digital interfaces in Figma.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, components and basic design systems.
Perform image editing, retouching, compositing and colour correction.
Adapt approved creative concepts across multiple sizes and formats.
Manage design files, versions, links and final project assets.
Perform quality checks before presenting or delivering work.
Manage assigned projects and deliverables within agreed timelines.
Collaborate closely with the lead designer while also contributing independent creative ideas and supporting other designers or interns when required.
Core Skills
Strong typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
Strong understanding of colour theory and design principles.
Branding and visual identity development.
Print and packaging design knowledge.
Understanding of CMYK, RGB, bleed, resolution, dielines and print-ready artwork.
Strong graphic and digital design capabilities.
Image manipulation, retouching and compositing.
UI design and responsive layout principles.
Basic UX research, information architecture and user-flow thinking.
Wireframing and prototyping.
Motion graphics and video-editing fundamentals.
Strong visual storytelling and concept development.
Ability to work across multiple creative disciplines.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Time management, organisation and project ownership.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong Working Knowledge
Adobe After Effects — motion graphics, typography animation, compositing and social content.
