Design Verification Engineer - # 26-13982

Duration: 12 months Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Design Verification Engineer with strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, Gate-Level Simulations, and Verification Automation.
The role involves subsystem/SoC verification for complex designs including NPU, MMU, SRAM, and AXI-based interconnects, working closely with design and architecture teams to ensure high-quality silicon.

Responsibilities:
Develop scalable verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM.
Create verification plans from architectural and design specifications.
Develop, execute, and debug constrained-random and directed test cases.
Define, track, and close functional and code coverage goals.
Perform gate-level simulations and debug failures.
Develop automation scripts for regression execution, coverage analysis, and failure triage.
Verify subsystem interactions involving MMU, SRAM/memory subsystems, and AXI/AHB/APB protocols.
Support C-based test development and emulation-based verification.

Experience:
7+ years of ASIC/SoC Design Verification experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:
SystemVerilog
UVM
Scripting (Python, Perl, or Tcl)
Gate-Level Simulations
Regression Runs & Failure Triage
Assertions (SVA)
Functional Coverage
Experience with industry-standard simulators:
Cadence Xcelium (preferred)
Synopsys VCS
Siemens Questa
Strong understanding of AXI, AHB, and APB protocols.
Skillset:
MMU Verification
SRAM/Memory Subsystem Verification
Cadence Palladium or other emulation platforms
Formal Verification
UPF/CPF Power-Aware Verification
ARM or DSP Processor Verification
Nice to Have
DSP Verification
Real Number Modeling (RNM)
Behavioral Modeling
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
