ngs.Work directly with customers and company resources to exchange data, ideas, designs, and concepts leading to robust, functional designs that are effective and manufactura
ble.Prepare budgetary and firm manufacturing estimates that capture the costs associated with manufacturing process including secondary operations, material, tooling, components, outside services, and packag
ing.Manage new projects from product design through implementation including tool design, prototyping, product validation, technical assistance during launch, and ongoing production supp
ort.Conduct engineering analyses form fit and function, tolerance stack ups, lifecycle testing, and application of GD&am
p;T.Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, customer performance requirements and specificati
ons.Prepare DFEMA and DVP&R documentation for assigned projects when requi
red.Prepares the required APQP documentation per APQP procedure and customer requirements while maintaining compliance with IATF16949 standards governing the APQP proc
ess.Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test probl
