We are seeking a Quoting Engineer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring quotes are technically correct, competitive, and profitable.

Requirements
The Quoting Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, pricing, and technical quotations for customers based on engineering specifications, drawings, and project requirements. This role works closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and customers to ensure quotes are technically correct, competitive, and profitable.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
Reviewing customer RFQs, drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, tooling, machining, fabrication, and outsourced services.
Develop accurate and competitive customer quotations and proposals
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to assess feasibility, production methods, and lead items.
Coordinate with purchasing to obtain vendor pricing and subcontractor quotes.
Analyze historical costing data and manufacturing processes to improve quote accuracy.
Maintain quote documentation, pricing, records, and ERP/CRM system updates.
Support sales teams with technical clarifications and customer communication.
Participate in quote review meetings.
Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and quality expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in an Engineering Principal. Would consider an Associates with 2+ years experience.
Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft office suite
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
