Design the oscillators that enable next‑generation aerospace, defense, and high‑reliability systems.
We’re seeking an Oscillator Design Engineer to lead the design and development of state‑of‑the‑art OCXO products with ultra‑low phase noise and g‑sense performance. This is a high‑impact role for an RF engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment and wants ownership from concept through production.
You’ll lead projects, influence roadmap decisions, and help deliver differentiating products that meet the most demanding performance, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
Design, simulate, prototype, and optimize ultra‑low phase noise, low g‑sense OCXOs using RF synthesis and simulation tools
Apply deep RF/MW engineering principles across resonator selection, oscillator topology, amplification, regulation, and PCB layout
Lead design and development projects from concept through production release, on time and on target
Perform detailed compliance analysis (electrical, mechanical, environmental, regulatory) and maintain compliance matrices
Estimate total product costs (materials, labor, test, development) and support quoting activities
Optimize products for performance, cost, manufacturability, and lead time
What We’re Looking For
BSEE or MSEE strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in RF/Microwave oscillator design
Demonstrated expertise designing ultra‑low phase noise and low g‑sensitivity OCXOs
Strong command of resonator selection, oscillator optimization, amplification, DC regulation, and RF/analog/digital layout
Mastery of RF/Microwave design and simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office or Keysight PathWave (Genesys)
Strong project leadership skills and ability to drive work independently
Excellent hands‑on bench skills and cross‑functional communication
Ability to work with ITAR‑controlled data (no license required)
Why This Role Stands Out
Work on performance‑critical RF products that truly differentiate in the market
Technical ownership from concept → prototype → production
Influence product strategy and future technology direction
Collaborative, engineering‑driven culture with real technical depth
Opportunity to mentor, lead, and grow as a technical authority
👉 If you’re passionate about RF oscillator design and want to build world‑class OCXO products, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now or message us to start the conversation.
