Design Engineer – Exterior Trims

Responsibilities:
Design and develop automotive exterior trim components and composite panels.
Work on FRP, GRP, SMC, and Composite Panel design and development activities.
Create and modify 3D models and engineering drawings using CATIA V6 and 3DX PLM.
Independently develop design concepts and provide technical solutions based on customer requirements.
Present design proposals and effectively communicate technical information with customers and cross-functional teams.
Support prototype development, design validation, and manufacturing feasibility activities.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams during product development.
Ensure designs meet quality, performance, and manufacturability requirements.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Exterior Trims Design Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with CATIA V6 and 3DX PLM.
Strong experience in FRP, GRP, and Composite Panels.
Good understanding of exterior trim design, composite materials, and automotive product development.
Experience working with SMC, FRP, and GRP panel design.
Knowledge of body sheet metal and structural component design is a plus.
Knowledge of exterior panel prototype development and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
