Design Engineer - EIT

Summary
We are actively seeking a Design Engineer for a direct hire position in Denver, CO. This is an onsite position. This role is responsible for managing the design and production of construction plans for multi-family development. Candidates must have an EIT or have the ability to obtain it within 1 year of employment.

Job Responsibilities
Design and produce construction plans for multi-family development projects
Prepare technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation
Coordinate with project stakeholders
Perform hydrologic analyses
Develop tree management and landscaping plans
Develop site grading plans
Perform earthwork calculations
Develop erosion and sedimentation control plans
Develop utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer design
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Three years of proven work experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proficiency in Hydraflow or equivalent software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Bluebeam
Current EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
