HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Design Engineer – CATIA V5 to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Role/Responsibilities:
Able to understand customer provided inputs like, Change request, TRD etc.
Good Knowledge in design principles
Should have good Catia V5 experience
Able to perform stack ups and weight & cost assessment
Should have fair knowledge on material selection
Should have good experience in performing multiple trades and capture advantages and disadvantages of each trade
Strong in GD&T and MBD creation
Should have experience in 3D PDF creation
Should have knowledge of Enovia & Teamcenter
Good Knowledge in hardware’s selection for assemblies
Good in performing Kinematic study
Minimum Requirements
Good experience with CATIA V5 and GD&T
Good to have Catia CPD design knowledge
Good Knowledge in design principles
Good in Microsoft Word and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Aerospace structures design knowledge
Fair understanding of Manufacturing requirements
Good communication skills and strong decision making
Strong ability to understand customer expectations.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Nacelle product and structure
Knowledge of aerospace structural metallic and composite design


Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $40.38 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $50.00 per hour

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
