Job Description

Shall be responsible for taking care of all production related work.
Shall be responsible to issue /maintain / received any type of tools / gadgets in working condition / test certificate / periodically maintenance in production department.
Shall be responsible for Tracking report of the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
Shall be responsible for intimate in design for any amendment in manufacturing process / component / part in prescribe format in ISO.
Shall be responsible for update & maintain all machine status / process / documents in ERP
Shall be responsible for maintain quality audit in assembling & manufacturing Process of machine.
Shall be responsible for making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
Shall be responsible for assessing project and resources requirements
Shall be responsible for new contractor development and control.
Shall be responsible for re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Shall be responsible to coordinate with respective department selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
Shall be responsible for the execution / obey / implementation of workplace safety rule in worhshop.
Shall be responsible for controlling further proceeding, assembly or delivery of non- conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
Shall be responsible for overall supervision for production, inspection and maintenance activity dismantle process on delivery, coordinate with respective department for transport vehicle technical input.
Shall be responsible for Liaising with marketing and sales staff.
Shall be responsible to work & update status in ERP daily basis.
Shall be responsible to maintain all records as per ISO format.
Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
Shall be responsible for issue materials from store as per priority given by planning department and allocate the work to different level of person.
Shall be responsible to study and understand SAP, BOM, Drawings to take further actions-circulate to concern persons of production department with supporting actions.
Shall be responsible for co-ordination with inter department Planning, Q.C. Design, Dispatch, and store for completing equipment as agreed upon time frame in ongoing projects.
Shall be responsible to ensure required quality standards on daily basis through close supervision.
Shall be responsible for managing man/ machine power to achieve daily production targets.
Shall be responsible daily review meetings with HOD for work order status & update
Shall be responsible for day to day work allocation to the down line as per production tracker, work milestone plan & closely look the same to complete the process within time.

Qualification

Diploma/BE/B.Tech
