We are looking for a highly motivated Design Engineer with expertise in motor control systems, embedded software development, and electronics design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and validating BLDC/PMSM motor control solutions for next-generation appliances and products.
Responsibilities
Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions backed by data.
Optimize motor performance through BLDC motor tuning and noise reduction techniques.
Develop and enhance embedded software for electronic controllers.
Utilize simulation tools to support product design and validation activities.
Design, develop, test, and debug embedded systems and motor control applications.
Create and maintain design documentation, including:
Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
Module Bench Test Plans
Integration Test Plans
Process Documentation
Manage project activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
Support product validation and troubleshooting during development and production stages.
Required Technical Skills
Embedded Systems & Programming
Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming.
Good understanding of microcontrollers and their peripherals.
Experience in embedded firmware development.
Motor Control
Sound knowledge of BLDC and PMSM motor control systems.
Understanding of motor driver design and functionality.
Experience in motor tuning and performance optimization.
Communication Protocols
Working knowledge of serial communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.
Hardware & Electronics
Strong understanding of electronic hardware and device-level programming.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electronic circuits and control systems.
Tools & Equipment
Software Tools
Embedded development IDEs and debugging tools.
Simulation and design software.
Hardware Tools
Oscilloscope handling.
Multimeter and other electronic test instruments.
