We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Salesperson to join our dynamic team and help drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Position Summary
The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, modeling, and documenting combustion products, including burners, gas trains, control systems, and related assemblies. This position works closely with sales, production, and quality teams to develop reliable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Design combustion products and systems using 3D CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360).
· Develop and maintain accurate engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
· Support product development from concept through production release.
· Perform engineering calculations related to combustion, fluid flow, heat transfer, and mechanical integrity.
· Collaborate with sales and applications engineering to tailor designs to customer specifications.
· Evaluate components and materials to ensure suitability and performance.
· Willingness to occasionally travel and do troubleshooting and compliance audits a plus.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in industrial products or manufacturing.
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn combustion systems and components.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP and CRM systems a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
