We’re looking for a talented Revit Designer to support complex modular construction and industrial system projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in highly coordinated environments where mechanical, electrical, piping, and structural systems all come together.
The right candidate will have strong BIM modeling experience and the ability to develop detailed layouts and drawings that support fabrication, installation, and project execution from concept through completion.
What You’ll Be Working On:
• Developing and maintaining detailed Revit models for modular industrial projects
• Producing coordinated design, fabrication, and construction drawings
• Supporting layouts involving HVAC, piping, drainage, conduit, cable tray, and power distribution systems
• Collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate system integration
• Identifying and resolving clashes between MEP and structural elements using Revit or Navisworks
• Assisting with project documentation, revisions, and design updates throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Creating custom Revit families and managing model parameters for specialized modular components
What We’re Looking For:
• Advanced experience with Revit and BIM coordination
• Background modeling mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural systems
• Familiarity working alongside SolidWorks models and transferring design information between platforms
• Experience with chilled water systems, refrigerant piping, and industrial utility layouts
• Understanding of electrical infrastructure including conduit routing, panel layouts, and cable tray systems
• Ability to generate highly detailed construction and fabrication drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
