Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the northwestern suburbs looking to identify a Design Engineer to join their team!

What You'll Do:
Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and machinery from concept through production.
Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using CAD software.
Provide hands-on support on the shop floor during builds and installations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–6+ years of design engineering experience in a manufacturing or machinery environment.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
Experience with custom equipment, automation, or machinery design is a plus
