Role: Deployment Engineer
Type: Full-Time
Location: Anywhere in the US
This is a founding Deployment Engineer position — an opportunity to work directly with enterprise or government clients, prototype solutions that shape the product, and have a tangible impact on the growth of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Prototyping features based on customer requirements using Python or Go
Leveraging hands-on skills across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker
Collaborating closely with engineering to bring prototypes into the core product
Communicating your work effectively with both customers and internal teams
Embedding with strategic customers to deeply understand their technical challenges and workflows
Some travel required to engage directly with clients
What you bring:
Deep understanding of security use cases and workflows ideal
Strong programming skills (Python, Go or TypeScript ideal)
Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure a must)
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
5–10 years of experience in software engineering or customer engineering roles, with strong customer-facing experience

Proven experience building or supporting security products
Hands-on exposure to AI systems, machine learning models, or agentic frameworks
Previous experience on a security team
Demonstrated success in agile, fast-moving environments with CI/CD
