Defense Lead Electrical Engineer (Analog, Power Electronics)
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

Seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to develop ruggedized analog and digital electronics for military ordnance and fuzing applications.
Responsibilities:
Lead electrical design and development activities
Develop requirements and ensure compliance
Perform circuit design, simulation, testing, and troubleshooting
Support design reviews, failure investigations, and engineering changes
Interface with customers and cross-functional teams
Mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects
Requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
9+ years of relevant experience
Strong analog and digital circuit design experience
Power supply and power conversion design experience
Experience with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, or PADS
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
US Citizenship required for security clearance purposes.
