Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Hardware Designer: Generalist, you will develop the detailed designs to make various functions work in the system or product. You will play a crucial role in bringing architectural constructs to life, working on logic, cards, boards, and other components. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Develop Design Configuration: Create detailed design configurations to meet system or product requirements, ensuring seamless functionality and integration.
Manage Technical Development: Oversee the technical aspects of the development engineering plan process, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
Maintain Hardware Roadmap: Develop and maintain the hardware development roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Implement Design Solutions: Apply technical expertise to implement design solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Deliver Technical Excellence: Deliver high-quality technical designs, adhering to industry standards and best practices, and meeting project requirements.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Exposure to Design Development: Familiarity with developing detailed design configurations to meet system or product requirements, ensuring seamless functionality and integration.
Experience with Technical Project Management: Knowledge of managing technical aspects of the development engineering plan process, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
Understanding of Hardware Roadmap Development: Exposure to developing and maintaining hardware development roadmaps, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Technical Design Implementation: Experience applying technical expertise to implement design solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Industry Standards and Best Practices: Familiarity with delivering high-quality technical designs, adhering to industry standards and best practices, and meeting project requirements.
