Job Description:
We are seeking a Creo Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in precision mechanism design and 3D CAD modeling.
The role will focus on designing and redesigning mechanical assemblies, supporting prototype builds, and performing hands-on testing and validation.
Responsibilities:
Create and modify precision mechanical designs and assemblies using Creo.
Develop detailed 3D CAD models for mechanical components and mechanisms
Design motorized mechanisms, actuators, stages, and related assemblies
Build prototypes and perform hands-on testing and characterization
Validate designs and incorporate test results into design improvements
Support documentation and handoff of completed designs to manufacturing
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams during design and validation
Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Creo and 3D CAD mechanical design.
Experience designing precision mechanisms and mechanical assemblies.
5-7 years of relevant industry/design experience.
Experience with motorized assemblies, actuators, stages, or similar mechanisms.
Hands-on experience with building, testing, and validating designs.
Ability to work independently and contribute to design activities from day one.
Skillsets:
Experience with ANSYS or similar CAE tools.
Knowledge of thermal, structural, or flow analysis.
Experience with optical, imaging, inspection, metrology, or precision instrumentation systems.
Semiconductor equipment or other high-precision equipment experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing and production ramp.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
