Job Description
Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME
Overall work experience: 3 -5 Exp with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design
CAD Tool: Should have minimum of 3 years hands on experience in Creo 4.0 /Creo7.0 modules.
Provide CAD support for Modeling and drafting casting ,Sheet metal components for Automotive/Off highway applications using Creo-Part modeling, Advanced Part modeling, Surfacing modeling techniques as appropriate.
Creo Hands on experience Casting, and Sheet metal
Good in Creating production drawings of Castings, machining drawings and sheet metal parts with GD&T.
Experience in Skeleton modeling, copy-geometry merge inheritance and reverse engineering.
Handling of large assembly management
knowledge in Casting processes including Sand Castings, HPD, LPD, Continuous castings and their application
Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.and MBD
Independent work executer with little support
Good communication skills – both written and oral
