workplace Why You Will Love this Job The Creo Design Engineer is
responsible for leading the mechanical design and development of custom,
engineered-to-order generator systems. This role serves as the technical
lead and design owner for customer-specific solutions, ensuring delivery
of high-quality, cost-effective products that meet performance,
manufacturability, and customer requirements. Working in a
project-driven environment, the Creo Design Engineer collaborates with
cross-functional and global teams to translate customer needs into
practical, manufacturable designs, supporting the full product lifecycle
from concept through production. Work Mode: Hybrid-3 days in office
Location: Mosel facility at N7650 County Rd LS, Sheboygan, WI, 53083 Key
Responsibilities \* Lead the mechanical design and CAD development of
custom generator sets, enclosures, and related system components \* Own
and manage engineering projects from initial requirements through design
release and production support \* Develop and maintain detailed
parametric models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using Creo \*
Provide technical leadership and guidance to CAD designers and support
global engineering resources \* Collaborate cross-functionally with
Sales, Application Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing,
and Purchasing to ensure alignment and successful project execution \*
Translate customer requirements into engineered solutions that meet
technical, cost, and delivery objectives \* Ensure designs meet
standards for performance, quality, and manufacturability \* Evaluate
materials, components, and design approaches to optimize product
