In this role, you will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate capabilities that deliver mission-centric outcomes. You’ll partner closely with analysts, operators, data scientists, and software engineers to provide responsive, tactical support in a fast-moving operational environment.
If you’re energized by reverse engineering, network protocols, and building innovative tooling under real-world constraints, this role offers the chance to make immediate mission impact.
What You Will Do

5 to 8 years of relevant experience with a B.S., or 10+ years with an M.S.
Four (4) additional years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree

Experience reverse engineering Linux-based network devices
Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP) and network traffic analysis (e.g., Wireshark)
Proficiency developing and modifying software in C/C++, Python, and Assembly
Ability to provide sustainment/support for fielded software systems
Experience with version control tools such as Git and Subversion
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Experience supporting production CNO capabilities and operations
What We'd Like You To Have
Reverse engineering experience on Windows and/or embedded platforms (including RTOS)
Additional programming experience in one or more of: Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust
Experience developing CNO-focused software for Linux, Windows, and/or embedded targets
Background in Vulnerability Research and Exploit Development
Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
