Job Title: Certified Sitecore Developer - 252949
Position Type: Contract to Hire
Work Location: Fully Remote - No Travel
Start Date: May – June 2026
ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE
Our client is a premier healthcare-focused digital consultancy that partners with health systems to build sophisticated patient experiences, websites, and mobile applications. We are seeking a Certified Sitecore Developer to join a high-impact, flagship engagement for a major new client. This role is central to a multi-year enterprise digital transformation initiative aimed at modernizing a massive digital ecosystem across clinical, academic, and research domains. You will be instrumental in migrating fragmented legacy systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) into a unified, AI-driven Sitecore Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Engineering: Design and implement enterprise-scale Sitecore solutions, focusing on scalable, modular content architectures and custom module development.
Architecture & Design: Contribute to high-level architecture decisions, CMS design patterns, and the replatforming of legacy systems into the Sitecore DXP.
Technical Consulting: Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and provide strategic guidance on digital modernization.
Full-Stack Development: Build performant web features using Next.js, GraphQL, and React within a headless or hybrid CMS architecture.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily standups and sprint planning alongside UX designers, strategists, and product managers to ensure seamless delivery.
DevOps & QA: Manage code across local, QA, UAT, and production environments using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, MS DevOps) and Docker.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal "coding katas" and knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain engineering excellence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Certification: Current Sitecore Developer Certification is mandatory.
3+ years of Sitecore development experience.
Frontend Proficiency - strong experience with headless architecture, React, Angular, Next.js, and GraphQL.
CMS Deep Dive: Proven expertise in content modeling, theming, configuration management, and API integrations within enterprise platforms.
Consulting Mindset: Ability to act as a problem-solver who asks "why" to understand business goals before executing code.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience in client-facing environments.
Authorization: Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States for any employer, without the need for visa sponsorship now, or in the future
