Cell Engineer

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cell Engineering role based in Pocatello, ID. The Cell Engineer will focus on designing, developing, and testing battery systems and components to meet mission-critical energy needs. Responsibilities include conducting analyses, supporting manufacturing processes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal performance and quality. Additional tasks include managing projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of current engineering practices.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and present technical information clearly.
Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and optimizing engineering designs.
Experience in project management, including timeline creation, resource allocation, and meeting key deliverables.
Proficiency in manufacturing engineering processes and techniques, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
Background in mechanical engineering, with knowledge of design principles, materials, and structural analysis.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology and energy storage systems is a plus.
Familiarity with safety and compliance standards for manufacturing and energy solutions is advantageous.
