Our Global Quality Assurance Lab (QAL) Team is looking for an experienced CEFIB and TEM Engineer to join our Palm Bay, Florida office. We are seeking an enthusiastic, initiative-taking, fast-learning individual who will focus on managing and supporting the design and failure analysis teams with CEFIB and TEM support.
A successful candidate would have knowledge or experience in the following:
Experience using Circuit Edit Focused Ion Beam (CE-FIB), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and other SEM based tools.
Familiar with Thermofisher (FEI) V400ACE and Helios Dual Beam.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and layouts using various CAD tools, like Cadence virtuoso.
Understanding on use and interpretation of Elemental Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS)
Knowledge and experience with failure analysis techniques.
An understanding of Semiconductor fabrication and packaging which include wet chemistry, polishing, plasma deprocessing techniques
Qualifications

MUST HAVE - 10 to 15 years of experience using Circuit Edit Focused Ion Beam (CE-FIB), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and other SEM based tools.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
Strong understanding of fabrication and layout construction.
Experience using CAD tools like Cadence virtuoso or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge and experience with failure analysis techniques.
Must be an initiative-taking team player who is able to work with multiple teams to provide efficient solutions.
Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively.
