Calibration Tuning Engineer
Location: Columbus, IN (Onsite)

Job Description
We are looking for a Calibration Tuning Engineer with experience in diesel engine calibration, tuning, and validation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of engine controls, combustion, and test cell operations.
Responsibilities
Calibrate and tune diesel engine parameters such as fuel injection, rail pressure, EGR, boost control, and thermal management.
Perform engine testing, validation, and troubleshooting in test cell environments.
Analyze engine performance, fuel economy, emissions, and drivability data.
Work with Simulink models and calibration data to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize engine control strategies.
Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in diesel engine calibration and tuning.
Strong hands-on experience with MATLAB and Simulink (Must Have).
Experience with engine test cell activities and data analysis.
Knowledge of diesel combustion, engine controls, and emissions.
Experience with calibration tools such as ETAS INCA, ATI Vision, or Vector CANape.
Familiarity with DAQ and engine testing systems.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Controls, Powertrain, or related Engineering field.
Preferred: Master's degree and advanced experience in engine controls and simulation.
