Build Your BIM Career at Lynk Engineers (Local, In-Person Role | Training Provided)

Lynk Engineers is growing and looking for curious, detail-oriented individuals based locally who are excited to build a career in BIM within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This is an in-person opportunity.

If you’re early in your career and motivated to learn, this is a strong place to start. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that takes pride in doing solid, reliable work.

We offer a structured in-house training program, so you’ll gain the skills, tools, and real-world experience needed to grow into a BIM Modeler role—no extensive experience required.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain Revit models used for real construction projects
Support modeling of mechanical, electrical, lighting, or low-voltage systems
Work alongside engineers and project managers on active projects
Assist with coordination across disciplines and help resolve design conflicts
Identify clashes and contribute to practical, buildable solutions
Support project documentation using tools like Bluebeam
Gain exposure to building systems, codes, and real-world project workflows

What You Bring
Exposure to Revit, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam (a plus, not required)
Interest in building systems (mechanical, electrical, lighting, or low-voltage)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow quickly
A collaborative mindset and clear communication
Interest in building a long-term career in BIM or design

Salt Lake City, UT or Tempe, AZ

This is an on-site role (with hybrid flexibility after the first 6 months). Candidates should be based locally or able to reliably work on-site in one of these locations.
