Battery Management System (BMS) HIL Validation Engineer

What you will be doing:
Requirements creation and management
Define test cases based upon requirements
Creation of HIL test scripts
Automation of HIL test scripts
HIL test execution
Create HIL validation reports
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the following areas:
BMS
HIL Testing
Creation of System requirements
Test Script creation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in software development lifecycle management and manufacturing support.

What you need to be successful
College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines.
Minimum of 2+ years of BMS experience
C++ coding experience is highly desired
Good communicator - written and verbal
An effective problem solver who is comfortable using analytical tools.
Open-minded, collaborative and team focused
Eager to learn; ask questions
Self-motivated
Self-manage and communicate what they are working on and issues discovered
