Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for BIM MEP Engineers located in Sangli. The role involves working on the planning, design, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for building projects. Responsibilities include MEP modeling, preparing detailed drawings, collaborating with different disciplines, and ensuring designs are functional, efficient, and meet project requirements. Attention to detail, adherence to industry standards, and timely execution are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration in building projects
Skills in MEP Coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration between various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Knowledge of key domains such as Plumbing, Electrical Engineering, and Building Services
Ability to interpret specifications, technical drawings, and engineering documents
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant BIM software is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant engineering field preferred
Experience in building services or construction industries is an advantage

Job Discription
• Develop and manage Revit MEP models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) as per project standards and LOD requirements.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, families, layouts, sections, schedules, and construction drawings for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks, generate clash reports, and coordinate with internal engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Extract quantities, equipment schedules, and material take-offs from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with MEP design standards, naming conventions, and BIM execution plans.
• Coordinate regularly with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate modeling aligned with design intent.
• Maintain model accuracy, version control, BIM documentation, and perform routine quality checks.
• Support BIM workflow improvements, template enhancements, and implementation of discipline-specific best practices.
