Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and validation of avionics hardware and test systems.
Work with data acquisition systems to collect, monitor, and analyze test data.
Support instrumentation integration, sensor setup, signal verification, and system diagnostics.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support test readiness, issue resolution, and system validation activities.
Contribute to test documentation including procedures, test reports, validation records, and troubleshooting logs.
Apply first-principles engineering approaches to problem-solving, root-cause investigations, and hardware development decisions.
Support iterative development and rapid hardware testing in a dynamic engineering environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience working with DAQ (Data Acquisition) systems and test instrumentation.
Hands-on experience with hardware test rigs, integration setups, or laboratory test environments.
Experience debugging avionics systems, embedded hardware, or integrated electrical systems.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a practical, hands-on engineering mindset.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with NI (National Instruments) DAQ hardware and related software tools.
Experience with automated test systems and hardware validation processes.
Exposure to aerospace, automotive, robotics, defense, or other high-reliability hardware industries.
Understanding of sensors, instrumentation, electrical integration, and signal analysis.
Experience supporting fast-paced hardware development programs.
