Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Validation Engineer with strong expertise in ECU testing, HIL systems, and automotive communication protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform validation and testing of automotive ECUs in simulated and real-time environments
Work with ECU test tools and automotive validation setups
Validate powertrain systems including TCU, ECU, and PCM
Execute test cases across HIL environments (dSPACE)
Analyze communication using CAN protocol and UDS diagnostics
Follow automotive V-cycle and test workflows
Identify, log, and track defects with detailed analysis
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with ECU Test Tools & automotive validation environments
Strong domain knowledge in:
Transmission Control Units (TCU)
Engine Control Units (ECU)
Powertrain Control Modules (PCM)
Practical experience with dSPACE HIL systems
In-depth expertise in:
CAN Protocol
UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services)
Good understanding of automotive testing lifecycle and workflows
