Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define testing strategies and quality goals.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor QA team members and promote QA best practices across projects.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in QA and test automation.
Hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca and Selenium.
Experience with test management and Agile tools such as qTest and VersionOne.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development/testing tools such as Cursor AI or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of automation framework design and maintenance.

Ability to work independently and lead offshore coordination efforts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Playwright and/or UFT.
Experience in Healthcare domain projects (payer, provider, claims, EHR, HIPAA environments).
Experience working in client-facing environments.
What We’re Looking For
A strong individual contributor who can lead by example.
Someone comfortable providing technical direction and candid feedback.
