We re looking for a passionate Automation QA Engineer who can drive test strategy, build robust automation frameworks, and ensure flawless releases for enterprise-grade applications in the Banking & Financial Services domain.
What You Ll Do
Lead end-to-end QA strategy and automation efforts
Build scalable API & UI automation solutions
Improve release confidence through CI/CD quality gates
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product & DevOps teams
Identify risks early and prevent production defects before they happen
Must-Have Skills:
API Testing (Postman)
UI Automation: Playwright / Selenium
Test Automation Frameworks
CI/CD, DevOps & Quality Gates
SQL & Data Validation
Integration / Regression Testing
Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis
Agile/Scrum experience
Required Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of experience in API Testing and Automation QA.
Strong programming skills in:
Python
Java
C#
Hands-on experience with API automation tools/frameworks such as:
Rest Assured
Postman
PyTest
Karate
NUnit / JUnit / TestNG
Good Understanding Of
RESTful APIs
SOAP services
JSON & XML
HTTP methods and status codes
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of SQL and database validation. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Nice to Have:Kafka, Snowflake, Performance Testing, AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Claude, Codex), Banking/Finance domain expertise.
